This afternoon members took an ice rescue refresher training provided by Deputy Chief Kevin Tarapchak. All members practiced basic techniques. The refresher was held at beech mountain lakes.

In house training was held with Deputy Chief Kevin Tarapchak teaching Rope and Rigging with the rescue tripod. Members learned different ways to set up the tripod for a rescue. Monthly members will be refreshed on the set up.

Valley Regional Fire and Rescues first banquet in a decade was a complete Success. The officers and Members would like to thank Firefighter Deana Chupela for all her hard work in preparing the event. The Officers and Members enjoyed the night of Food and Music and each others company.
